At E2Global, we follow 3 steps to creating a custom design for your needs – engineering, prototyping and production.
During the engineering phase, we take your initial concept and run it through our designers. We use 3-D CAD (computer-aided design) technology to display your product on screen. From there we can see how your product functions, add necessary tolerances to dimensions and adjust the product’s design before prototyping.
After processing the product design through our computers, we’ll send the it out for prototyping. Our prototype is a full-scale model of what will be your product. We’ll use the prototype to evaluate its functionality, user friendliness and overall appeal. Using your input alongside our findings, we’ll make optimal changes and finalize the product.
The last step we take is producing the product. For years, E2Global has been the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for a pool of large companies. We use our own manufacturing facilities to not only ensure quality in our work, but that its done in time to meet your deadline. Our assembly lines can handle any production volume, however big or small.
