HEADING
Extrusion and heading is the process in which the tube is formed and the shoulder is assembled to the formed tube.
OFFSET PRINTING
Offset printing is a technique in which the inked image is transferred from a plate then to the tube.
SILK SCREEN PRINTING
Silk Screen printing is when a blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and the ink is transferred to the tube as it spins beneath the screen.
HOT STAMPING
Hot stamping is a dry printing method of lithography in which foils are transferred to the tube surface at high temperatures.
TAMPER EVIDENT SAFETY SEAL
Foil seal is Tamper evident safety seal.
CUSTOM ORIFICE
Tubes are headed blind and we set a custom orifice by punching or drilling out the custom orifice size automatically.
CUSTOM LABELING
If you require labeling on your tubes we can automatically label your tubes in production.
INJECTION MOLDING
We mold our own caps to insure fit and quality.
